We live interstate from the property to be cleared, can you still clear it?
Yes, of course we can. Our estate clearing services are perfect for people who live out of town and can't get to the property to clear it themselves. We will save you precious time and take care while clearing the estate on your behalf.
What if there are items we'd like to keep from the estate?
That's no problem at all, we understand that you may want to keep sentimental or valuable items from the estate. In these instances, you can remove them from the estate prior to engaging our services. Alternatively, you can give us instructions of what the items are and roughly where you think they will be located. We can then return these items to you or provide a pickup point at our second-hand store on Central Road in Port Macquarie.
Can I bring my second-hand furniture or goods to your store for sale?
Yes! You are welcome to bring the furniture or goods down to our store. One of our friendly staff members can then provide you with a valuation and price for your items.
How do you determine an items value?
There are a few key factors that determine how we value an item for sale. Our experienced team will research the current retail prices and our own previous prices for similar items to help determine the best value of your product. We also take into consideration the condition and rarity of the item.
